SFQ Report Types

After the data have been collected, reports are generated and can be accessed online. Teaching personnel are given access to SFQ reports only AFTER they have submitted their course grades.

Notes:

1. The results shown on the Teaching Personnel Report (Provisional) may differ from the final report.

2. Since these reports contain aggregate statistics (i.e. course, department, school and university level), it takes some time to complete the statistics calculation and report generation. In addition, as the data capture period for SFQ surveys often extends beyond the end of the term, the aggregate statistics in the reports will be subject to minor changes during the first month after the reports are released.
